How I Get Rid Of A Bad Mood

Being in a bad mood is something that we all go through, perhaps this is on a day to day basis, a certain point in the week or sometimes it can be one of those weeks where nothing goes right. Personally, I hate being in a bad mood. It gives you a negative outlook on everything happening and it makes me want to be on my own and not speak to anyone. But, at the end of the day, being in a bad mood is completely human and we will all have our own reasons as to what has put us in a bad mood. 

Today I wanted to share with you guys ways to get out of this mood! Of course, everyone will have their own preferences of how they do this, but sharing ways with others can be a great way to find something new to help. You may discover a way you never even thought of or find something to do that actually makes you feel a whole lot better.

Finding Your Fitness Inspiration

Hello all! I am back today with a brand new fitness post. I have been wanting to write a post for a while now about my fitness inspirations. Some weeks I find it hard to find my motivation for the gym as the week can be busy enough as it is. This has defiantly been the case for the last few weeks and I don't want it to become a regular thing! Some days it can be more difficult than others to find your motivation to go to the gym, but that's normal! I like to surround myself with fitness inspiration to allow me to feel motivated and want to work on getting stronger and healthier. This could be people around me, who I follow on social media, the things I choose to watch and so on...

5 Things I'm Excited For This Year

Hello everybody! I do apologise that there has been a bit of a gap between this post and my previous post...my internet actually hates me! But I'm back today with a post all about the things that I am looking forward to this year. I love writing these style posts and I also love reading them too. I think they are so good to look back on and see what I have achieved. I also love to see what people are wanting to achieve in a new year or have got planned. So, let's get on with it!



1. Let's continue to up the blog game!


This year I want to see what I can achieve in terms of my blog. I have already attended two incredible events this year and it leaves me feeling more inspired than ever. I am determined to reach more goals this year and create some amazing content! I still love blogging more and more everyday so no stopping for me this year.

It's all about becoming more organised, making plans and setting goals! One of my amazing friends has offered to help me as much as she can in terms of my blog and that means the world to me. It's always nice to have that help in hand when you want someone to ramble your ideas to or help you take an Instagram or pictures for a new blog post! So hopefully this year you will be seeing some exciting things happening on the blog...keep your eyes peeled.
