You Don't Have To Spend Money To Be A Blogger...

Thinking of starting a blog? Think you need a decent budget to do this? Well think again! I know there sometimes can be the perception that in order to run a successful blog, you need a lot of money. This is for buying an expensive camera, backdrops, lighting, etc. But in can so this on a smaller budget as well.

So let's start with equipment. This is the part where some people think they can't run a blog because they don't have the money to spend on the equipment. Honestly, you don't need it! If you want to go ahead and buy yourself a nice camera to shoot with, then that's great! But if you don't have the budget for this, that's completely fine too. Shooting pictures isn't about what lens or brand you use, it's about how you shoot them and how you edit them. I have seen some amazing blog pictures taken on phones before and I think they looked so professional. I have often done a few shoots just using my phone, and I've been really happy with them! So in some cases, you may not even need a camera.

Two Amazing Products From The Body Shop!

Today I wanted to let you guys know about two amazing products from The Body Shop which I have been loving recently. These are both skincare products so I think this is perfect timing for anyone who is wanting to up their skincare routine for 2018 and find some amazing quality products for an affordable price.

First up we have The Body Shop Seaweed Oil-Balancing Toner. This product has been a bit of a game changer for me! As you may or may not know, I have oily skin. So when I am wearing makeup, it can often get quite shiny. But after using this product, I have 100% noticed a difference. My face doesn't get as shiny anymore and I just love this. I feel like using this product allows my skin to feel hydrated but also keeps the shine away which is perfect for me. After cleansing my face, I apply this using a cotton pad and that's it! It's as simple as that...

What 2017 Has Taught Me...

I can't believe I'm sat down writing the post to sign off 2017 and say hello to a New Year! But, it's safe to say that I am so ready for a brand New Year, new start and lot's of new opportunities!

For today's post, I wanted to discuss some topics and what has happened in 2017 for me! 2017 has been full of lots of highs, but also some lows in there too. Things have changed, I've made new friends, gained new experiences and seen lots of new places...

1. Friendship

I feel like this year has been kind to me in terms of friendship! Last year was a little I'm so happy to say that I have a handful of truly amazing friends. They have helped me through a lot this year and I couldn't be more grateful. Friendship is just the best thing for me and has been one of the highlights of the year. My best friend Alice is still by my side ending 2017, we have had an amazing year and feel like our friendship is stronger than ever. Although Alice went off to Unit this year, we still speak every week, or day in some cases...and we have also booked our holiday for 2018! My other best friend Lizzie, went off to Australia this year! Although I don't get to see her beautiful face every week anymore, I still speak to her all the time! I am so happy she is having the most amazing time in Australia and I can't wait to go over and see her very soon. Seeing your friends so happy and achieving amazing things, really is such a wonderful feeling! Finally, this year I made a new friend, who is now one of my best friends! Kaysha is someone who has come into my life this year and I will be forever grateful. It's the best when you click with someone instantly and now we're inseparable! She's just as mad as I am, and just as ambitious as I am too!

I have also made so many new friends through the Blogging world this year and that makes me extremely happy! I love having the support through an online community, it makes me very happy.
