A Festive Look!

Today is the first of the Christmas posts! I honestly cant believe that we're now in December...where has the year gone? Today I wanted to create a look that was perfect for the festive season. I think that this would be perfect for a Christmas party...I think I am going to be wearing this look again for mine! Just a reminder that as always, this look is 100% cruelty free.

Base:

This combination for the base is something that I have been doing a lot recently. I feel like all the products work really well together and are all long lasting too. I thought that this BB balm by Simple had been discontinued or it was just for Summer and it was safe to say...I was gutted. I love this product so so much. I went inot Superdrug the other day and there it was...I was very very happy! The concealer is also a new products to my collection. I am very impressed so far!

Eyes and Brows

Makeup Obsession Rare, Burnt and Moon Highlighter

Believe it or not, I didn't actually use the Anastasia Brow Pomade...who am I? I had some new products from Eylure to try so it thought I would give them a go. I didn't realise that they did makeup products other an lashes, which I also love. But for this look I used the brown pencil and contour. I am so happy with the way they looked and they were so easy to use. I only used the highlighting side of the contour pencil for under the brows. Overall, so happy with these products!

The eyes were one of the main parts of this look and I wanted to pick a colour that everyone could wear but also fitted into the festive season as well. I think that this red shade works perfectly. It's wearable but Christmassy too! I put the colour Burnt through the crease and Rare all over the lid. I then blended this all together...DONE! I also put a bit of Burnt under the eyes too as it brings everything together. Such an easy look to create for sure. I then used liner to line the lash line and a coat of mascara before applying the lashes. Any lashes will do for this look! It all depends on what you want to wear, or, no lashes at all!

Face:
Nip + Fab Contour Palette- shade Ginger and Caramel

I also used some more new products for the face too! The Nip and Fab products that I used for this look are just amazing. These are the first Nip and Fab makeup products that I have tried and I love them so much. The contour palette in particular is something I reach for every day. I use every shade in there! The shade Ginger is perfect for creating shadow. Of course no look is complete without a statement highlight! I used a combination of two products to create an amazing glow.

Lips:

To finish off the whole look, it had to be a red lip. It's Christmas and it's the best time of year to create that statement lip! I decided to choose this amazing lipstick from Illuminate Cosmetics by Ashley Tisdale. If you follow me on social media then you will already know how obsessed I am with this product. The pigmentation and colour are everything! So long lasting and the perfect shade for the festive season!

So that's it for the look. I really hope you enjoyed seeing this festive look which I created. I am no expert in the beauty world at all, but it was fun to create! I feel like this look is so easy to do and can be changed to suit everyone. I cant wait to wear this look for my Christmas party next week. Let me know if any of you decide to recreate this look or share your Christmas makeup looks with me...I would LOVE to see them!
