Daisy x Ellie Goulding

I'm back!! After having a few weeks off, I'm back today with a new post. I didn't enjoy having time off blogging but it was what I needed due to been so so busy! But my posts will be returning back to normal now and I'm feeling more inspired than ever...

Today I am going to be talking about a jewellery piece which I have fallen in love with. If you love great accessory pieces, helping world climate, adore Ellie Goulding...keep on reading!

For my birthday, my mum bought me an amazing piece from the Daisy collection in collaboration with Ellie Goulding. Daisy London is an online jewellery brand who I absolutely adore. I love everything that they bring out and I just love the whole brand, what it stands for, the design...everything!

'Borne out of a love for the beautiful and the exotic, out of a passion for travel and far-flung shores and out of a taste for adventure; there’s some Daisy in all of us.'

They have different collections and one collection that did catch my eye when it was released...was the Ellie Goulding collaboration. If you know me, you'll know how much I love Ellie Goulding! She is a massive inspiration to me and I love her music. When I saw the news that she was working with Daisy, I was instantly intrigued. The collection is just beautiful. There are four limited edition bracelets to help raise money and awareness for WWF's work against climate change. I am a massive fan of helping the world in any way that I can and climate change is something that is so important. I know that Ellie Goulding has always been so passionate when it comes to climate change, so I'm so happy that she's given her fans a chance to make a difference too!

The bracelets are just the best and I am obsessed with the design. There are two chain bracelets, one silver and one gold. Then there are two cord bracelets, one red and one black. The chain bracelets cost £59 and the fabric ones cost £45 and £59. All Daisy jewellery pieces are made with 100% recycled amazing!

I chose the Black Cord Bracelet as this one suits my style the most and is something that I can wear all the time. Ever since I received this, I haven't taken it off. I love it so much! The bracelet has a silver polar bear for the main piece of the bracelet, a little silver circle that tightens it and 4 black pieces of fabric. The detailing is so adorable. On the silver circle, it has EG and D engraved on either side. I just love the simplicity and small detailing. I've just fallen in love with the style and I am so in love with the idea behind these pieces.

I love that people like Ellie Goulding are using their platforms to make a difference. Raising awareness and starting conversations about climate change is so so important. Ellie Goulding and Daisy want the bracelets to represent the conversation and, for those who wear it, it will show they really care. That's why I adore the brand so much and wanted to share it with you guys today. They have a meaning behind their pieces and really care about making a change.

'Climate change is the most pressing and critical threat to our planet today and tomorrow. Not only does it effect humans, it’s affecting our forests, our waters and our animals.'

Using the Polar Bear for this bracelet is the perfect representation for climate change. The Polar Bear is one of the animals who are most affected by climate change. I am so happy to be helping raise awareness and joining the fight against climate change. If everyone did a little, started a conversation, made little changes in their life...we can all make a difference together.

So that's it for today's post! I hope you enjoyed reading about the beautiful piece from the Daisy collection by Ellie Goulding and also about climate change. If you are obsessed with the bracelet, why not buy one for yourself or treat a friend or family member today? Choosing a birthday present that helps the world is so much better! If not...join in the conversation and make a difference...

'It all starts with a small change to our everyday lives that, in turn and together, can make a real difference.'
Ellie Goulding
