This blog post is purely dedicated to my dog Lara. Unfortunately she passed away around six months ago and I've missed her more and more each day so I decided to make a blog post! Lara was a German Shepherd and she was honestly the best! She loved chasing shadows and always made me laugh with some of the things that she did. I used to take Lara on walks all the time across the fields behind my house and this is something that I miss the most. She loved running across the fields and she would always stop and turn around to make sure that I was still there...She was really well behaved and I couldn't of asked for a better dog! Lara was a member of our family and I know some people don't understand this, but once you get a dog or another pet, trust me you will! We got Lara when she was a puppy and had her for over 9 and a half years so its such a shock not having her around all the time. I tend to be home alone a lot so the one thing that I miss the most is having her company all the time. I wanted to share a few pictures with you as a memory of Lara who I miss so so much!

Lara definitely loved the camera!

She also loved getting into the Christmas spirit too! Although she didn't have much of a choice (I'm sure she enjoyed it really!)

One of my favourite pictures! Looking cute as always!

Lara loved sleeping on the sofa or in some cases, on my bed! I do miss having her at the end of my bed, I never realised how much I would miss that as she always took up half of the bed!

This is a picture that I rediscovered on Facebook a few days ago. This is quite an old photo but its now one of my favourites that I will keep forever as I love it!

I hope you enjoyed reading this post and although it was something quite different, it was a personal post to me and one that I am really happy with! No one really understands how much something will effect your life until it's gone. But she had a really good life and was well looked after. She was a well loved dog and will always be apart of the family!

Going to see The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2!

Picture taken from E Online

On Thursday night, I went to go see Mockingjay part 2 at the cinema! I honestly can't believe how amazing it was! Such a good conclusion to end all of the films. I wont spoil anything in this post as I know how annoying that can be! I experienced every emotion when watching this film and I enjoyed every second of it. Everyone has been waiting for this film for so long now and it definitely didn't disappoint! I think that the cast and everyone involved did such an amazing job with the final film. Jennifer Lawrence is one of my favourite actresses and I think she is so talented and did an amazing job with Katniss. I love how we have been able to see all of the characters grow and develop and I think that this film allows us to see the characters come together to fight one last time. Katniss has been such an inspiring character that so many people look up to and Mockingjay part 2 shows her character off perfectly. She doesn't disappoint in this film and definitely proves herself as the 'Mockingjay'.
I like to watch the films before reading the books with big films like these as I don't like to know what happens in films (as I much prefer them over books). It is safe to say that there were many surprises in this film that I didn't expect to happen! I think that this film includes so much, and I love all of the action! The film is such an amazing quality and I think that there's something for everyone. I was definitely sat on the edge of my seat throughout a lot of the film and I never wanted it to end!
All four films have been amazing and I think that the final film may be my favourite. These films are so huge worldwide and its no surprise that everyone is loving the finale. I think they ended it perfectly in a way to say goodbye to the characters and the story line. The cast involved must be so proud of what they have achieved and I am so happy that I was introduced to these films from the very beginning!

I saw Mockingjay Part 2 at Xscape Cineworld...

Pre Starbucks to calm the excitement!

I went to see the film with my stepmum, Sheridan. She loved it too!

Of course its on the front cover!!

The cinema was so busy once everyone came in!

Such an amazing film!!

Celebrity Style Icon Series: Selena Gomez

I have decided to start doing a series on my blog every now and then which is about my celebrity style icons! Looking what the celebs are wearing is something that I love to do! I follow all of my favourites on Instagram and Twitter to see what they're wearing and all of their latest outfits. Fashion is a major thing for celebs so they always wear something new and keep up with the latest fashion. I decided to do this series because I know many people love celebrity styles and I would love to share who's style I have been loving at the minute. The first celeb that I had to mention is Selena Gomez. I have always loved Selena Gomez, as I used to watch her on Disney Channel. She has achieved so much since then and her style has developed so much over the years!

New Purchases

In the past few weeks I have recently bought some new items which I wanted to show you! There are a variety of things which I have bought and I have been loving them all in the past few weeks or even days for some of the items! I am going to talk about them all individually and there are 9 in total! Some of these I bought when out shopping and some of the things are what I pre-ordered a few months ago and finally received...

1. Disney DVD's...

I decided to buy four new Disney dvd's as there is an offer on at the minute which is buy one get one free! So I couldn't resist...The four that I chose to buy were; Tangled, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast and Maleficent. There were a lot to choose from so it did take me a while to decide but I'm happy that I have four more to add to my collection! I also really love the Disney classic packaging too.

2. Girl Online On Tour

If you didn't know, Girl Online On Tour is the second book by Zoe Sugg! I'm sure most of you have heard of her so I don't think that I need to explain! I read the first book at the start of this year and I really enjoyed it so I decided to pre-order the second book! I haven't actually started reading it yet as I've only just received it. I really love the cover of Zoe's book and the first book is one of those books that you cant put down once you've started reading, so I'm really excited to start reading the second one!

3. Ellie Goulding- Delirium

I was so excited to receive this album as I have been waiting for this for so long! Ellie Goulding is one of my favourite artists and I was so happy to find out that she was releasing another album! I think that she looks amazing on the cover and I really love the colour of the album too. I have had this CD playing in my car non stop for the past few days and I really love all of the songs! I am also going to see her in March so I cant wait now that I have heard all of her new songs! I would 100% recommend this album.

4. Little Mix- Get Weird

This is also another CD which I have been waiting to get for a while now! This album is the third album by Little Mix and they are also one of my favourites! I have listened to this album for the past few days and I really love all of the songs! Little Mix have a different style to each album and that is something that I love! This is another album that I will have on repeat and I am really happy that I finally have it!

5. Glamour Magazine

I decided to mention this purchase because it has been one of my favourites! This is the most recent Glamour magazine and I specifically bought this because Tanya Burr is on the cover. Tanya Burr is a well known YouTuber and is one of my favourites! I really love the pictures included in the article and I think that she looks so amazing! I love seeing the things that YouTubers are achieving!

6. SacconeJoly Calendar

Here is another item related to a popular YouTube family. (There seems to be a theme in this blog post...) This item is the SacconeJoly 2016 calendar and I am so happy to finally have this! The SacconeJolys are a YouTube family who film everyday of their lives and I recently made a blog post about meeting them! Meeting The SacconeJoly's! I think that this calendar is really amazing and I love all of the pictures included! I love watching their videos everyday and I am so happy with how much they have achieved!

Days Out...

I really enjoy going on small walks sometimes as I find that this is one of the best ways for me to relax and forget about things for a while. Sometimes I do this on my own or with someone else. Me and my cousin Aine went for a walk around the barf near my house which is one of my favourite places to go for a walk. Even though a walk is such a simple thing, I really felt like this was needed that day as I wanted to forget about all the things that I were stressed or upset about. I usually leave my phone at home or in the car when I go on these walks as this is one thing that can cause the most stress! I think that doing small things like this that make you that little bit happier is important and so I thought that I'd share a few pictures...

For some reason, I really like walking through forests and woods and there is something about the atmosphere which I find quite calming. I think that its really peaceful and a great place to walk your dogs or just a place to clear your head. Everyone has a place which they find quite calming and I also find the beach quite relaxing too!

Today's post is short and simple which is something that I like to do every so often! I hope you enjoyed this post and I will be back on Tuesday with a beauty related post!
